巴恩斯：当年没去皇马因我不想开口提转会，这会影响我的地位

7月17日讯利物浦名宿巴恩斯最近接受了talkSPORT采访，并谈到自己当年为何没有前往皇马。

巴恩斯在1987年至1997年间效力于利物浦，为球队出场403次，是红军的传奇。1989-90赛季，另一位利物浦传奇人物约翰-托沙克在皇马执教，他希望为皇马签下巴恩斯，但最终交易并没有成行，而现在巴恩斯解释了其中缘由。

巴恩斯说道：“托沙克当时是皇马主帅，我想那可能是他在皇马的最后一年。当然了，主教练不能和其他球队的球员交流，我也不知道我是怎么和托沙克谈上的，总之他就是问我想不想去皇马，我说我在利物浦过得很好，但如果你们的报价被利物浦接受，那我们可以谈谈。”

“我为利物浦效力了很久，是利物浦的英雄，他想要我去开口说想转会，因为如果由他来主导，场面就不大好看，因为他也是利物浦名宿。”

“所以他希望我去和利物浦开口，但我希望他先报价，然后我们再谈。这就是交易最终没有发生的原因，因为我不想转会，听着，我永远不会离开利物浦，因为我爱利物浦人！”
